Hi everyone. My name is Breanna Irvin and I am a freshman at Texas A&M University-Commerce. I’m pursuing a degree in Political Science with a focus on International Relations. This blog is part of my English 102 Honors class. Together my classmates and I are exploring the very broad concept of literacy and breaking it down. In addition to writing, we are required to complete certain reading assignments and anlayze them. Every class period we do what is called a “research journal” to let others know of our findings in the readings and contribute to the class discussion on the topic of literact. The hope is that these research journals will help all of us with our final ethnographic project due at the end of the semester. Thanks for looking at my blog and hope you enjoy!
